Shipping
- Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped via reputable carriers.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by location.
- Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond my control.
- Once a package is shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.
Risk of Loss
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the carrier receives the package.
- I take care in packaging and will help resolve any issues that arise during transit.
Returns and Refunds
- Because every painting is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
- If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
- I will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund at my discretion.
Commissions
- Commissioned pieces may require a deposit before work begins.
- Terms, timelines, and payment details will be agreed upon in writing before the artwork is started.
