Shipping

Original artwork is carefully packaged and shipped via reputable carriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by location.
Estimated delivery times are provided but may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond my control.
Once a package is shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow its journey.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the carrier receives the package.
I take care in packaging and will help resolve any issues that arise during transit.

Returns and Refunds

Because every painting is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
I will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or partial refund at my discretion.

Commissions

Commissioned pieces may require a deposit before work begins.
Terms, timelines, and payment details will be agreed upon in writing before the artwork is started.
